Our tearoom in the cosy, wooden-panelled station building offers traditional and champagne afternoon teas, including finger sandwiches, fresh scones, delicious cakes and sweet pastries. There are sittings throughout the day, booked in advance.
Our café in the bright and airy platform area operates an informal counter service for lunch serving sandwiches, soups and hot and cold drinks plus seasonal dishes including salads and quiches in the summer and pies and stews in winter.
In the evening, The Platform becomes a bistro offering a thoughtful selection of good quality, good value dishes as well as a wine and drinks list. Tables are bookable as well as open to walk-ins.
